Carpet World of Fairytales

Let's take a closer look at the border of the carpet World of Fairytales by Eldar Mikayilzade.
The border is decorated with islimi, bulud, Shah Abbasi, and other patterns, resonating with the central field. The fragments from fairytales are designed with great skill among the ornaments. Here one can see giants, jugglers, fairies, archers, dragons, thieves, and other fairytale characters. In the lower-left corner of the border, the author describes himself, and in the right corner, Piri Baba, who narrates a story.
The sichan dishi (mouse tooth) strip of the carpet is very interesting. At a closer look, one can notice the rhythmic depiction of camel, elephant, and gazelle figures.
